We were co-founded in 2001 by David Martin and Michael Heanue. Both directors have many years of experience working with a wide range of internationally recognised brands, and held senior management and director roles at a number of major London consultancies.

Based in London’s vibrant East End, our multidisciplinary team has experience working with international brands and retailers in over 22 countries.

We work across a wide range of sectors, including large format retail, grocery and convenience, financial services, specialist retail, fashion, heritage, visitor attractions, and telecoms.

Our breadth of work enables valuable cross-sector experience and learnings to be shared on new projects.
