High Noon on the High Street

In an article published in the November 2011 issue of Retail Focus, our very own David Martin argues why value fashion retailers need a new in-store design mentality.

Using examples such as TK Maxx, Topman and Tesco, he suggests that a focus on price, deals and range is just not enough any more. The need to deliver retail entertainment is no longer a nice to have, or an aspiration for the future. The future is now, and those retailers that continue to lag behind may indeed go the route of Woolworths, Allders, MK One and C&A.
