Norma convenience stores are approx 600m2 and offer local residents great value fresh food.

Initially 10 sites were selected in St.Petersburg to launch the new brand and retailer.

M Worldwide worked closely with the management team to plan the format and design / specify all furniture and fixtures for the new offer.

A comprehensive communications package included templates for weekly promotions, materials and all navigation items.

The format and solutions matched the customer need to be able to shop regularly, sometimes twice daily, for fresh produce and breads.

Historically quality of produce had been a challenge in Russia but standards and customer expectations have driven through change at an extremely fast pace.
