Following previous experience working with banks M Worldwide were commissioned to redesign the Raiffeisen retail branch concept across 17 central and eastern European countries.

The project required a researched approach and included four retail concepts which would be implemented depending on the region and branch size, in-store customer communications, customer environments, training and guidelines materials, POS and merchandising.
